Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Ruckusmaker Awards (“the Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 or older who work professionally with events.
  • International nominations are accepted, but the event is US-based.

Entry

  • No purchase or entry fee is required.
  • Entries and nominations must be submitted via the Evessio platform.
  • All information provided must be accurate and truthful.

Judging

  • Entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges selected by the Ruckusmaker Awards team.
  • The judging panel is subject to change and will be finalized prior to the event.
  • The judges’ decisions are final and binding.

Prizes

  • Winners will receive a small prize and online recognition.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Use of Information

  • By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your name and email for event administration.
  • You also grant the Ruckusmaker Awards permission to use your name and image (if provided or captured during the event) for event recaps, future promotions, and related marketing materials across various platforms.
  • Additional consent will be requested for any publicity or use of photos beyond what is outlined here.

Code of Conduct

  • All participants must act respectfully and professionally.
  • The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Ruckusmaker Awards and its organizers are not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • By participating, you release the organizers from any liability related to your participation or acceptance of any prize.

Changes and Cancellation

  • The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event at any time for any reason.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
